Debrief and Coaching

Three screens that turn a finished war into something you can act on: your own My Debrief, the alliance's Post War Debrief, and — for leaders — the Coaching Summary.

1. 1My Debrief opens automatically the moment you finalize a war log, and lives permanently behind the purple My Debrief button on that war's page (War → War History → tap a war).
2. 2Post War Debrief is the alliance-wide read on one war. A purple banner appears on My Alliance when a war ends; permanently it sits behind the Debrief button on the war's own page.
3. 3Leaders: the Coaching button next to it opens the Coaching Summary — the whole room sorted into Target, Outlier, Watch and Coach against the 80% one-shot goal.
4. 4In the Coaching Summary, the notepad icon on a row opens an empty note box with The Facts above it. Tap a figure to add it to the note, then Send in-app or Copy for game chat.

The classification is deliberately fair: one fail never flags anyone, cleans and backup cleans never hurt a rate, a bad war on a strong record reads as an Outlier rather than a problem, and new loggers are never coached while their history builds.

Post War Debrief has a second gate — it needs 12 or more accounts from your alliance in the app. Below that, a premium member sees a live “N more to unlock” counter instead.

Rates from fewer than five attacks are marked n<5 and dimmed, because a rate off three attacks is a hint rather than a finding.
