1Open My Alliance → Defense Planner. Leaders and co-leaders edit; every linked member can view.
2Pick a war type and date range at the top. Top 5 Defenses shows your alliance's proven best lines from logged wars of that type.
3Fill the five picker slots — slot 3 is the Tank, and Skyfire wars add a sixth slot for the defense dragon. Under every hero is a count of how many playing members own it.
4Toggle Heroes Fully Maxed to count only maxed copies, and use Inactive Members to sit people out so the counts reflect who is actually in the war.
