Privacy Policy

We collect: (a) Account information — email address, display name, and encrypted password; (b) Usage data — war results, match outcomes, hero rosters, and alliance data you enter; (c) Uploaded images — board and defense screenshots processed by AI (not stored permanently).

We use your data to: provide and improve the service; generate personalized performance statistics; power AI-based board analysis; and maintain account security. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Board, defense, and roster screenshots you upload, and the text prompts you send to our AI features, are processed by our third-party AI sub-processor, Anthropic, PBC(the maker of the Claude AI models), to generate the analysis. Anthropic's handling of this data is governed by its own privacy policy and commercial terms. Images and prompts are processed in real time and are not retained by us after analysis.

Your account data is stored in a secure Postgres database hosted on Supabase. We use industry-standard encryption and access controls. Passwords are hashed using PBKDF2-SHA256 and are never stored in plain text.

We do not share your personal information with third parties except: (a) service providers necessary to operate the app (such as hosting, database, and AI processing providers); (b) when required by law.

You may delete your account at any time in the app's settings, or by contacting support@allios.ai. Deletion removes your personal information and disables sign-in; war and alliance records you contributed are retained in de-identified form, no longer linked to your identity (see our Terms of Use). You may also request a copy of your data.

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Cogent Analytics is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us immediately.
