By accessing and using Cogent Analytics, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

Cogent Analytics is a strategy companion application for the mobile game Empires & Puzzles. It provides war performance tracking, board analysis via AI, and alliance coordination tools. Cogent Analytics is not affiliated with Small Giant Games or Zynga.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You agree not to: (a) use the service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service; (c) upload malicious content or interfere with the service's operation; (d) share your account with others.

COGENT AI features use a third-party AI processing provider. AI-generated recommendations are provided for informational purposes only and do not guarantee game outcomes. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI suggestions.

The Cogent Analytics software and service — including its design, original artwork and iconography, analytics, scores and methodologies, text, and the Cogent Analytics and COG brands — are the property of Allios Ai LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the service without express written permission.

Empires & Puzzles and all related game content — including hero names, artwork, characters, and game data — are the intellectual property of Zynga Inc. (a Take-Two Interactive company) and its licensors. Cogent Analytics references game elements solely to identify them for informational and analytical purposes. Cogent Analytics is an independent, unofficial companion app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Zynga, Small Giant Games, or Take-Two Interactive.

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the service, such as screenshots, war logs, and roster data. You represent that you have the right to submit it, and you grant Allios Ai LLC a limited license to process it in order to provide the service. Uploaded screenshots are processed to extract gameplay data and are not retained after processing.

You may delete your account at any time in the app's settings, or by contacting support@allios.ai. Deletion removes your personal information and permanently disables sign-in, and cannot be undone. War results and alliance data you contributed remain part of your alliance's permanent shared record in de-identified form, no longer linked to your identity. We keep limited billing records only where required for tax or legal compliance.

If you believe content available through the service infringes your copyright, send a notice with the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) to support@allios.ai. We will respond to valid notices, including by removing or disabling access to the identified material.

Cogent Analytics is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Allios Ai LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
